Base Arcade Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing the purchase of tickets for Base Arcade events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:
1. Non-Transferable to Future Events:
All tickets purchased for Base Arcade events are valid only for the specific event and date stated on the ticket.
Tickets are non-transferable to any future events, regardless of circumstances. If you are unable to attend the event, please refer to Section 3 for information on transferring the ticket to another individual.
2. No Refunds
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Base Arcade does not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, rescheduling, personal conflicts, or any other circumstances.
3. Transfer to Another Individual:
If you are unable to attend the event and wish to transfer your ticket to another individual, you may do so.
The individual receiving the transferred ticket must comply with all event rules and policies.
4. No Resale for Profit:
Tickets purchased for Base Arcade events are for personal use only.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit. Any unauthorized resale or transfer for profit will result in the ticket being voided without refund, and the responsible party may be banned from attending future Base Arcade events.
5. Event Changes and Cancellation:
Base Arcade reserves the right to change event details, including date, time, location, and program. In the event of cancellation, Base Arcade will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and provide refund or credit options.
6. Event Entry and Security:
Base Arcade reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to, violations of event rules and policies, misconduct, or security concerns. All attendees are subject to security checks and must adhere to event rules and guidelines.
7. Liability:
Base Arcade is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal belongings that occur during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their possessions.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Base Arcade reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. By purchasing a ticket for a Base Arcade event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
